Tuesday, October 11, 2005 — Notice

New Spartan Properties, LLC, has applied for a variance to Section 6.4.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the creation of a cluster subdivision from Lots F–122, M–59, and F–121–3, on Proctor Road, Abbot Hill Acres Road, and Abbot Hill Road, whose road frontage would not be contiguous as required by the Ordinance.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, October 11, 2005 — Decision

You are hereby informed that the application by New Spartan Properties, LLC, for a variance to Section 6.4.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The variance will permit the creation of a cluster subdivision from Lots F–122, M–59, and F–121–3, on Proctor Road, Abbot Hill Acres Road, and Abbot Hill Road, which will have only 204 feet of frontage, more or less, on Proctor Hill Road, which will provide the principle route of access to the subdivision, as shown on the plans submitted with the application.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, November 9, 2005, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
