Tuesday, November 8, 2005 — Notice
Mark Gabel has applied for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a barn on Lot K–177, 106 Maple Street, which would be closer to a lot line than is otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, November 8, 2005 — Decision
You are hereby informed that the application by Mark Gabel for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the construction of a barn/garage on Lot K–177, 106 Maple Street, which will be closer to a side and rear lot line than would otherwise be permitted by the Ordinance. The location where the barn is to be built is shown on the sketch map submitted with the application.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, December 7, 2005, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
