Case 2/14/06–2
Tuesday, February 14, 2006 — Notice
Household of Faith has applied for a variance to section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the creation of five dwelling units in the existing building on Lot J–038, 16 Maple Street.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, February 14, 2006 — Continuation
The Zoning Board has voted to continue Household of Faith’s application for a variance to section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to the March 14 ZBA meeting. If granted, the variance would permit the creation of five dwelling units in the existing building on Lot J–038, 16 Maple Street. If no representative of Household of Faith appears to present the application at the March meeting, the Zoning Board will deem the application to have been withdrawn.
Tuesday, March 14, 2006 — Decision
The Wilton Zoning Board has determined that the application by Household of Faith for a variance to section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the creation of five dwelling units in the existing building on Lot J–038, 16 Maple Street, is not materially different from the application that the Zoning Board decided on September 27, 2005, nor has there been a material change of circumstances, and that the Zoning Board therefore does not have the authority to consider the new application.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, April 12, 2006, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
