Tuesday, June 13, 2006 — Notice

Richard Griffin has applied for special exception under Sections 4.4 and 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the conversion of the existing house on Lot J–33, 28 Park Street, for use as a two-family residence.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, June 13, 2006 — Continuation

The application by Richard Griffin for special exception under Sections 4.4 and 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to the Monday, June 19 meeting of the Board. If granted, the special exception would permit the conversion of the existing house on Lot J–33, 28 Park Street, for use as a two-family residence.

The Board intends to continue hearing Case #5/9/06–2 from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., and to hear Case #6/13/06–1 and this case starting at 9:00.

Monday, June 19, 2006 — Decision

The application by Richard Griffin for a special exception under Sections 4.4 and 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the conversion of the existing house on Lot J–33, 28 Park Street, for use as a two-family residence.

This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, June 19, 2008. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, July 18, 2008, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
