Tuesday, October 10, 2006 — Notice
Dion Owens (owner) and Paul E. Kerouac (applicant) have applied for variances to sections 9B.1, 9B.2, 6.1, and 6.2 of the WIlton Zoning Ordinance to operate a Garden Center and Landscape Materials operation on Lot F–21, 417 Gibbons Highway, and also for a special exception under the terms of Section 8.2 of the Ordinance to permit a reduction of the setback from NH Route 101 from 100 feet to 25 feet.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, October 10, 2006 — Continuation
The Wilton Zoning Board has found that the application by Dion Owens (owner) and Paul E. Kerouac (applicant) for variances to sections 9B.1, 9B.2, 6.1, and 6.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance for Lot F–21, 417 Gibbons Highway, was insufficient to fully inform abutters and the public of the intentions of the applicant and the nature of the relief being requested. The Board has therefore continued the case to its November 14 meeting, to allow the applicant to prepare an amended application. New abutter notices will be mailed and new public notices will be posted based on the amended application.
Tuesday, November 14, 2006 — Decision
The application by Dion Owens (owner) and Paul E. Kerouac (applicant) for variances to sections 9B.1, 9B.2, 6.1, and 6.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been withdrawn at the request of the applicant. The application may be resubmitted in the future without prejudice, but will require the payment of full application and abutter fees at that time.
