Tuesday, December 12, 2006 — Notice
Curtis V. Albrecht has applied for a special exception under Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a storage shed on Lot J–90–1B, 60 Forest Road, which would be closer to the front lot line than is otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, December 12, 2006 — Decision
The application of Curtis V. Albrecht for a special exception under Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The special exception will permit the construction of an 8'x10' storage shed on Lot J–90–1B, 60 Forest Road, in the location shown on the plan submitted to the Zoning Board, which is closer to the front lot line than would otherwise be permitted by the Ordinance. The shed is to be anchored so that it will not be damaged and will not become a hazard in the event of a flood.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, December 12, 2008. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, January 11, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
