Tuesday, January 9, 2007 — Notice

The T. Arthur Babineau Irre Trust and Marie L. Sirois have applied for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, and for a variance to the terms of Section 6.2.5 of the Ordinance, to permit the construction of a single-family house on Lot D–39, Holt Road, where the house and its septic system would be closer to the lot line than otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, January 9, 2007 — Decision

The application by The T. Arthur Babineau Irre Trust and Marie L. Sirois for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, and for a variance to the terms of Section 6.2.5 of the Ordinance, has been withdrawn at the request of the applicant. The application may be resubmitted in the future without prejudice.
