Kevin J. Degroot and Corey R. Chappell have applied for a special exception under Section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, and for variances to sections 5.3.7(a), 5.3.7(c), and 5.3.7(d) of the Ordinance, to permit the use of the existing building on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Street (the Odd Fellows Hall) as a three-family residence.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, February 13, 2007 — Continuation

At the request of the applicant, the hearing on the application by Kevin J. Degroot and Corey R. Chappell for a special exception under Section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, and for variances to sections 5.3.7(a), 5.3.7(c), and 5.3.7(d) of the Ordinance, has been postponed until the Tuesday, March 20 meeting of the Zoning Board. If granted, the requested relief woud permit the use of the existing building on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Street (the Odd Fellows Hall) as a three-family residence.

If granted, the requested relief woud permit the use of the existing building on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Street (the Odd Fellows Hall) as a three-family residence.

At the request of the applicants, the hearing on the application by Kevin J. Degroot and Corey R. Chappell for a special exception under Section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, and for variances to sections 5.3.7(a), 5.3.7(c), and 5.3.7(d) of the Ordinance, has been postponed until the Tuesday, May 8 meeting of the Zoning Board. If granted, the requested relief woud permit the use of the existing building on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Street (the Odd Fellows Hall) as a three-family residence. The Zoning Board has requested that the applicant pay new abutter fees and confirm the correctness of the abutter list originally submitted with the application, so that abutters can be re-notified.

Tuesday, May 8, 2007 — Decision

The application by Kevin J. Degroot and Corey R. Chappell for a special exception under Section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, and for variances to sections 5.3.7(a), 5.3.7(c), and 5.3.7(d) of the Ordinance has been withdrawn. If granted, the special exception and variances would have permitted the use of the existing building on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Street (the Odd Fellows Hall) as a three-family residence.
