Tuesday, February 13, 2007 — Notice

Westview Farms, LLC has applied for a variance to Section 6.4.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit a proposed cluster development on Lot B–70–5 to take its access from Lyndeborough Center Road, where the lot has 500 feet of frontage on Pead Hill Road, but not on Lyndeborough Center Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, February 13, 2007 — Continuation

The Wilton Zoning Board has determined that the application by Westview Farms, LLC for a variance to Section 6.4.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance is a proposal of potential regional impact, and has therefore continued the case to the Tuesday, March 20 meeting so that the Board can notify the Towns of Lyndeborough and Milford and the Nashua Regional Planning Commission. If granted, the variance would permit a proposed cluster development on Lot B–70–5 to take its access from Lyndeborough Center Road, where the lot has 500 feet of frontage on Pead Hill Road, but not on Lyndeborough Center Road.

Tuesday, March 20, 2007 — Decision

The application by Westview Farms, LLC for a variance to Section 6.4.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit a proposed cluster development on Lot B–70–5 to be accessed from Lyndeborough Center Road, where it has only 200 feet of frontage, instead of from Pead Hill Road, where it has 500 feet of frontage.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, April 19, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
