Patricia M. Babineau, as Trustee of the T. Arthur Babineau 1997 Irrevocable Trust, and Marie L. Sirois have applied for a variance to section 6.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit a lot consolidation and re-subdivision of Lots D–22, D–39, and D–40, Holt Road, resulting in two lots whose frontage would be less than otherwise required by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 10, 2007 — Decision
The application by Patricia M. Babineau, as Trustee of the T. Arthur Babineau 1997 Irrevocable Trust, and Marie L. Sirois for a variance to section 6.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit a lot consolidation and re-subdivision of Lots D–39, and D–40, and a portion of D–22, Holt Road, resulting in two lots with only 124 feet of frontage, where the Ordinance would otherwise require 200 feet of frontage.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, May 10, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
