Tuesday, June 12, 2007 — Notice

Paul Joseph Poisson has requested a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a driveway that will cross a wetland area in connection with a proposed subdivision of Lot H–124, Captain Clark Highway.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, June 12, 2007 — Continuation

The hearing on the application by Paul Joseph Poisson for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to the Tuesday, July 10 meeting of the Zoning Board. If granted, the special exception would permit the construction of a driveway that will cross a wetland area in connection with a proposed subdivision of Lot H–124, Captain Clark Highway.

The Board will hold a site walk on the property at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 23.

Tuesday, July 10, 2007 — Decision

The application by Paul Joseph Poisson for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The special exception will permit the construction of a driveway that will cross a wetland area in connection with a proposed subdivision of Lot H–124, Captain Clark Highway, as shown on the plan labeled “Plan of Proposed Wetland Crossing / Land of Joseph Poisson / Map H, Lot 124 / Wilton, NH”. The approval is subject to the requirement that the side slopes of the road be amended to a 3:1 grade, in accordance with the comments in Dennis LaBombard’s letter of July 6.

This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, July 10, 2009. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, August 9, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
