Tuesday, July 10, 2007 — Notice
Beverly Koster and Eric and Sophia Fowler have applied for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a shed on Lot J–136, 37 Burns Hill Road, which would be closer to a lot line than is otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, July 10, 2007 — Continuation
The hearing on the application by Beverly Koster and Eric and Sophia Fowler for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to the Tuesday, August 14 meeting of the Zoning Board. If granted, the special exception would permit the construction of a shed on Lot J–136, 37 Burns Hill Road, which would be closer to a lot line than is otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
Members of the Board will hold a site visit at the property at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 4. The Board has requested that the applicants provide as accurate as possible a delineation of the lot line and placement of existing structures and the proposed structure on the map submitted with the application, and that the lot line and proposed location of the shed be marked on the ground for the site visit.
Tuesday, August 14, 2007 — Application withdrawn
Beverly Koster and Eric and Sophia Fowler have withdrawn their application for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance. If granted, the special exception would have permitted the construction of a shed on Lot J–136, 37 Burns Hill Road, which would be closer to a lot line than is otherwise permitted by the Ordinance. The applicants found that their proposed location for the shed does, in fact, satisfy the requirements of the Ordinance.
