Tuesday, September 11, 2007 — Continuation
The application by Kevin J. Degroot for a special exception under section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and for variances to sections 5.3.7(a), 5.3.7(c), and 5.3.7(d) of the ordinance has been continued to the Tuesday, October 9 meeting of the Zoning Board, to allow the applicant to prepare documentation to support the assertion that its proposed residential conversion would be financially infeasible with less than three dwelling units.
If granted, the requested relief would permit the conversion of the existing building on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Street (“The Odd Fellows Hall”) for three-family residential use, and would allow three dwelling units where the ordinance would only allow two, allow the use of the existing paved parking area which is within the lot setback, and allow less open space on the lot than would otherwise be required by the ordinance.

The application by Kevin J. Degroot for a special exception under section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and for variances to sections 5.3.7(a), (c), and (d) has been permanently tabled, since the desired relief has been accomplished by the variances granted by the Zoning Board in Case #9/11/07–3.
