Tuesday, October 9, 2007 — Notice

Steven Moheban / Senator Development LLC (owner) and Lisa Ann Edenfield (applicant) have applied for a special exception under the terms of Section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit child care as a home occupation at Lot F–98–1, 195 Isaac Frye Highway.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, October 9, 2007 — Decision

The application by Steven Moheban / Senator Development LLC (owner) and Lisa Ann Edenfield (applicant) for a special exception under the terms of Section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been deemed to have been withdrawn without prejudice, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Zoning Board, which provide that

“If the applicant fails to appear at a scheduled hearing without informing the Zoning Board Chairperson in advance, the application will be deemed to have been withdrawn without prejudice. The applicant may resubmit the original application, but must repay all application and abutter fees. The Zoning Board may, in exceptional circumstances, grant a refund of the fees for a resubmitted application.”

The requested special exception would have permitted child care as a home occupation at Lot F–98–1, 195 Isaac Frye Highway.
