Tuesday, October 9, 2007 — Notice
The Peter and Stephanie Ouellette Family Revocable Trust has applied for a variance to Sections 4.2.1 and 6.2.5 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the replacement of an existing sewage disposal system which is located within the building setback and Wetland Conservation District setback lines.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, October 9, 2007 — Decision
The application by the Peter and Stephanie Ouellette Family Revocable Trust for a variance to Sections 4.2.1 and 6.2.5 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variances will permit the replacement of an existing sewage disposal system which is located within the building setback and Wetland Conservation District setback lines on Lot B–76, Forest Road, as detailed in the materials provided to the Zoning Board at the hearing.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, October 9, 2009. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, November 8, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
