Tuesday, November 13, 2007 — Notice
Carolanne Sargavakian (owner) and The Center for Anthroposophy (applicant) have applied for a variance to Section 6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the applicant to maintain its administrative offices, have occasional meetings and study groups, and have a resident intern in the house on Lot H–34, 505 Abbot Hill Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, November 13, 2007 — Decision
The application by Carolanne Sargavakian (owner) and The Center for Anthroposophy (applicant) for a variance to Section 6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit the Center for Anthroposophy to maintain its administrative offices, have occasional meetings and study groups, and have a resident intern in the house on Lot H–34, 505 Abbot Hill Road, as described in and subject to the limitations set forth in the application. Any parking associated with the activities mush be on site, and may not overflow onto the street.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, November 13, 2009. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, December 13, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
