Tuesday, December 11, 2007 — Notice
Kevin J. Degroot has applied for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of catch basins, piping, subdrains, and a wooden walkway which would affect wetland areas on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Streer.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, December 11, 2007 — Continuation
The hearing on the application by Kevin J. Degroot for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to Tuesday, January 8, 2008. The ZBA has authorized Dawn Tuomala to choose a soil scientist to prepare the documentation required by section 11.4(b) of the Ordinance.
If granted, the Special Exception would permit the construction of catch basins, piping, subdrains, and a wooden walkway which would affect wetland areas on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Streer.
Tuesday, January 8, 2008 — Decision
The application by Kevin J. Degroot for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The special exception will permit the construction of catch basins, piping, subdrains, and a wooden walkway which would affect wetland areas on Lot J–16, 9 Dale Street, as shown on the plan labeled “Minor Site Plan / Lot J–16 / Residences at East Village / Wilton, New Hampshire / December 11, 2007” (modified 1/8/2008).
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, January 8, 2010. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, February 7, 2008, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
