Tuesday, April 8, 2008 — Notice

Matthew R. Harwood has requested a two-year extension under section 17.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance of the variances that he was granted in ZBA Case 9/12/06–2 on November 14, 2006, to permit the subdivision of Lot L–28, 235 Gibbons Highway, into two lots, the use of the existing house on one of the resulting lots as a two-family house, and the construction of a new two-family house on the other lot.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, April 8, 2008 — Decision

Matthew R. Harwood has been granted a two-year extension under section 17.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance of the variances that he was granted in ZBA Case 9/12/06–2 on November 14, 2006, to permit the subdivision of Lot L–28, 235 Gibbons Highway, into two lots, the use of the existing house on one of the resulting lots as a two-family house, and the construction of a new two-family house on the other lot.

The variances will now expire on November 14, 2010.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, May 8, 2008, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
