Pep Direct, LLC (owner) and Pike Industries, Inc. (applicant) have applied for a variance to section 16.1(h) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the addition of an off-premises sign for Pike Industries to the existing sign for Pep Direct on Lot B–110, 19 Stoney Brook Drive.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, May 13, 2008 — Decision
The application by Pep Direct, LLC (owner) and Pike Industries, Inc. (applicant) for a variance to section 16.1(h) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the addition of a 36"x46" unlighted off-premises sign for Pike Industries on the existing Pep Direct sign structure on Lot B–110, 19 Stoney Brook Drive, as shown in the application
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, May 13, 2010. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, June 12, 2008, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
