Tuesday, August 19, 2008 — Notice
Lisa Ann Edenfield (applicant) and Steven Moheban (owner) have applied for a special exception under the terms of section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow Ms. Edenfield to provide in-home day care for up to twelve children at Lot F–98–1, 195 Isaac Frye Highway. This would be an amendment to the special exception granted in case 11/13/07–1, which allowed day care for no more than nine children.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 19, 2008 — Decision
The application by Lisa Ann Edenfield (applicant) and Steven Moheban (owner) for a special exception under the terms of Section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit child care as a home occupation at Lot F–98–1, 195 Isaac Frye Highway, for no more than twelve children, with hours of operation 7am - 7pm, and no more than two non-resident employees.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, August 19, 2010. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, September 18, 2008, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
