Douglas K. Morse has applied for either an equitable waiver or a variance to section 5.1(d) or 5.1(c) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to legitimize an existing second dwelling on Lot F–123, 33 Morse Drive.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, April 14, 2009 — Decision
The application of Douglas K. Morse for an Equitable Waiver (RSA 674:33-a) has been granted based on the findings in Section II: The dwelling was built in 1975, a subdivision was granted by the Planning Board in 1989, and a building permit to add a bedroom to the dwelling was issued in 1995. The equitable waiver legitimizes the second dwelling on Lot F-123, 33 Morse Drive.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, May 14, 2009, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
