Tuesday, April 13, 2010 — Notice
Deborah and Gary Jensen have applied for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the replacement of an existing mobile home on Lot L–16 and L–17, 14 Seagroves, with a larger mobile home that will be closer to a lot line than otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, April 13, 2010 — Decision
The application by Deborah and Gary Jensen for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the replacement of an existing mobile home on Lot L-16 and L-17, 14 Seagroves, with a larger mobile home that will be closer to a lot line than otherwise permitted by the Ordinance.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, April 13, 2012. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, May 13, 2010, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
