Tuesday, November 9, 2010 — Notice
Douglas and Michelle Hoy have applied for a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a front porch on the house on Lot C–113, 16 Town Farm Road, which would be closer to the front lot line than is allowed by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, November 9, 2010 — Decision
The application by Douglas and Michelle Hoy for a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit the construction of a “farmer’s porch” extending six feet, plus steps, from the front of the house on Lot C–113, 16 Town Farm Road, which will be closer to the front lot line than is allowed by the Ordinance.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, November 9, 2012. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, December 9, 2010, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
