Tuesday, January 17, 2012 — Notice
Pine Hill Waldorf School has applied for a special exception under section 5.3.6c of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow the construction of a new building to house an Early Education Center that expands the existing school on lot F-99-1, Pine Hill Drive.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, January 17, 2012 — Decision
The application by Pine Hill Waldorf School for a special exception under section 5.3.6c of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will allow allow the construction of a single building on Lot F–99–1, Pine Hill Drive, marked on the submitted plan dated 12/22/11 as Building #1, in order to house an Early Education Center thereby expanding the existing school which serves nursery school through 8th grade and to allow the accessory use of adult education.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, January 17, 2014. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, February 16, 2012, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
