James J. and Christina L. Lilley have applied for variances to sections 4.2.1 and 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow the construction of a replacement sewage disposal system on Lot C–121, Pettey Road, which would be closer to the front line and to a wetland area than is permitted by the Ordinance

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Tuesday, May 8, 2012 — Decision

The application by James J. and Christina L. Lilley for variances to sections 4.2.1 and 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variances will allow the construction of a replacement sewage disposal system on Lot C–121, Pettey Road, which will be closer to the front line and to a wetland area than is permitted by the Ordinance, as described in the application and shown in the plan labeled "Proposed Sewage Disposal System Plan and Details, Lot C–121, Pettey Road Condominium, Wilton, New Hampshire, dated April 24, 2012.

This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, May 8, 2014. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, June 7, 2012, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
