Pine Hill Waldorf School has applied for a special exception under section 5.3.6(c) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow the construction of a second new building to house an Early Education Center that expands the existing school on lot F-99-1, Pine Hill Drive. This is in addition to the new building which was permitted by special exception in Case 1/17/12/–1 on January 17, 2012.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, June 12, 2012 — Decision
The application by Pine Hill Waldorf School for a special exception under section 5.3.6(c) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will allow the construction of a second new building to house an Early Education Center that expands the existing school on lot F-99-1, Pine Hill Drive. This is in addition to the new building which was permitted by special exception in Case 1/17/12/–1 on January 17, 2012. The application is approved as submitted, with the amendment that the two new buildings will be served by a single shared sewer and water system.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, June 12, 2014. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, July 12, 2012, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
