Advanced Building Performance Solutions, LLC, and the Ronald P. Fournier Revocable Trust have applied for variances to sections 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit a lot consolidation and lot line adjustment that would merge Lot K–79 into Lots K–78 and K–82 at 174 and 180 Main Street, and adjust the lot line between Lots K–78 and K–82, leaving both lots with less than the area and frontage required by the Ordinance, and Lot K–78 with less frontage than it has now.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, October 9, 2012 — Decision
The application by Advanced Building Performance Solutions, LLC, and the Ronald P. Fournier Revocable Trust for variances to sections 5.2.1 and 5.2.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The variances will permit a lot consolidation and lot line adjustment that would merge Lot K–79 into Lots K–78 and K–82 at 174 and 180 Main Street, and adjust the lot line between Lots K–78 and K–82, leaving both lots with less than the area and frontage required by the Ordinance, and Lot K–78 with less frontage than it has now, as described in the application and on the plan labeled “Lot Line Adjustment / Plot of Land / Lot K–82 / Ronald P. Fournier Revocable Trust / and / Lots K–78 and K–79 / Advanced Building Performance solutions, LLC / Wilton, NH / August 23, 2012”,
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, October 9, 2014. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, November 8, 2012, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
