Kathleen and William Raney have appealed a decision of the Wilton Board of Selectmen denying a waiver of an Impact Fee imposed on Lot Fâ2â1, 32 Coburn Road. The appeal is submitted pusuant to section 25.10(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, December 13, 2016 — Decision
Pursuant to section 25.10 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, Kathleen and William Raney appealed a decision of the Wilton Board of Selectmen denying a waiver of an Impact Fee imposed on Lot F–2–1, 32 Coburn Road. The Zoning Board has denied the appeal, finding that the Town of Wilton made no error in requiring the payment of the impact fee per Chapter 25 of the Zoning Ordinance.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, January 12, 2017, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
