Tuesday, June 13, 2017 — Notice
Linda and Roger Ladouceur have applied for a variance to section 5.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit a lot line adjustment between Lots J–26, 21 Whiting Hill Road, and Lot J–29, 34 Park Street, which will result in Lot J–29 having less area than is required in the Residential District.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Training Room in the Wilton Fire Station on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, June 13, 2017 — Decision
The application by Linda and Roger Ladouceur for a variance to section 5.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit a lot line adjustment between Lots J–26, 21 Whiting Hill Road, and Lot J–29, 34 Park Street, which will result in Lot J–29 having less area than is required in the Residential District, as shown on a plan labeled “Zoning Exhibit / Tax Map Parcels J–26 & J–29 / (21 Whiting Hill Road & 34 Park Street) / Wilton, New Hampshire” and dated June 12, 2017, which is attached to the case file.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, June 13, 2019. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, July 13, 2017, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
