The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Training Room in the Wilton Fire Station on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, October 10, 2017 — Decision
The application by Brenda Tighe for a variance to section 5.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit a lot line adjustment between Lot K–74, 25 Clark Court, and Lot K–75, 27 Clark Court, which will result in both lots having less area than is required in the Residential District. The proposed new lot lines are shown on a hand-annotated copy of a plan titled “Boundary Plan of Land / Lots K–74 & K–75 / John F. and Brenda F. Tighe Family Trust / Wilton, New Hampshire” and dated May 30, 2017, which is included in the Case File.
The lot line adjustment is subject to subdivision review and approval by the Wilton Planning Board.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, October 10, 2019. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, November 9, 2017, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
