Tuesday, February 20, 2018 ā Decision
The application by Lawrence C. Moquin for a special exception under Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will allow a shed on Lot Jā1, 94 Dale Street, which has been constructed closer to a lot line than allowed by the Ordinance, whose location is shown on the plan submitted withthe application.
The applications for a variance to Section 6.2.4 of the Ordinance and for an equitable waiver under RSA 674:33-a have been tabled, because the granting of the special exception makes them moot.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, April 19, 2017, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
