Notice
Marilyn A. Warner has requested a variance to section 6.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit a lot line adjustment which would reduce the size of her lot below the two acres required by the soil type of her lot in the General Residence and Agricultural District Lot D-143, Wilson Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, August 8, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
The request by Marilyn A. Warner for a variance to section 6.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. It will permit a lot line adjustment which will reduce the size of her lot below the two acres required by the soil type of her lot in the General Residence and Agricultural District Lot D-143, Wilson Road.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Saturday, August 8, 1992. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any abutter may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, September 7, 1990, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
