The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

The hearing on the request by Craig and Melanie Morse for a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to Wednesday, June 12, 1991. If granted, the requested relief would permit the operation of a beauty salon as a home occupation at Lot K-153, Pine Valley Street, and the construction of a 180 square foot addition in which it will be conducted.
You are hereby notified that the application of Craig and Melanie Morse for a Special Exception under the terms of Section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued until July 10, 1991.
The Special Exception would permit the operation of a beauty salon as a home occu- pation at Lot K-153, Pine Valley Street. The Zoning Board of Adjustment found that the construction of a proposed family room (in which the beauty salon would be operated) did not require a Special Exception, and resolved that consideration of the Special Exception should be delayed until the framing of the new construction is complete.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will continue its public hearing on this application on Wednesday, July 10, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Craig and Melanie Morse for a Special Exception under. the terms of Section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The Special Exception will permit the operation of a beauty salon as a home occupation at Lot K-153, Pine Valley Street. It is granted subject to the following conditions:
- The operation of the hair salon is by appointment only, and that wording is evident on the sign.
- On the driveway improvements, one foot to the right side be added, along with a small flare at the entrance.
The proposed use is also subject to Site Plan Review by the Wilton Planning Board.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, August 9, 1991, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
