Notice
Harry E. Trow has requested a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the operation of a small engine repair shop from his garage as a home occupation at Lot D-52, Holt Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Harry E. Trow for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit Mr. Trow to operate a small engine repair shop from his garage as a home occupation at Lot D-52, Holt Road. It is granted subject to the condition that no automotive repairs may be done (but not excluding tractors, lawn mowers, and machinery of this type), and that any motorcycle repairs shall be incidental to the business.
The proposed use is also subject to Site Plan Review by the Wilton Planning Board.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, August 9, 1991, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
