The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will continue its public hearing on this application on Wednesday, August 14, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Wilton Falls Associates (applicant) and the E. J. Abbott Memorial Trust, Inc (owner) for a variance to the terms of Section 8.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the construction of a parking area within the front setback, within 20 feet of the edge of a public right of way, on Lot J-104 on Rte 31. It is granted with the understanding that it does not affect the Planning Board's site plan review authority over the proposal.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, September 13, 1991, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
