Notice

Jane and Timothy Farrell have requested a special exception under section 16.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of an addition to their home at Lot F-96, Isaac Frye Highway, with a reduced setback in a situation where the dimensions of the lot prevent compliance with the 35 foot setback requirements of the General Residence and Agricultural District.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, August 14, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Timothy and Jane Farrell for a special exception under the terms of Section 16.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit the FarrelIs to construct an addition to their home at Lot F-096, Isaac Frye Highway which will be less than 35 feet from the lot line, as described in their application.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, September 13, 1991, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
