Wednesday, October 9, 1991 — Request for Rehearing

Notice

Rosemary Duggan (owner) and William Ladd (applicant) have requested a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit a law office as a home occupation at Lot A-47, Stagecoach Road.

The Zoning Board will meet on Wednesday, October 9, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street to consider a request by Linda J. Wells that it hold a new hearing to reconsider its September 11 decision to grant the request.

The decision on whether to grant a rehearing is made on the basis of the written request and the case record. No additional testimony, evidence, or other input will be taken.

Decision

The Wilton Zoning Board has declined the request by Linda J. Wells that it hold a rehearing of its September 11, 1991 decision. The Board determined that no new evidence had been presented and no technical error had occurred in making the original decision, and that there was therefore no reason to hold a rehearing.
