Notice
Elmer A. Santerre has requested variances to sections 7.2.2(c) and 7.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a lot line adjustment between Lots J-44 and J-45, Main Street, which would result in increased nonconformity of one or both lots with regard to rear setbacks and total lot coverage.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Elmer A. Santerre for variances to the terms of Sections 7.2.2(c) and 7.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variances will allow a lot line adjustment between Lots J-44 and J-45 Main Street which will resiilt in increased nonconformity of one or both lots with regard to rear setbacks and total lot coverage.
The proposed lot line adjustment is also subject to Site Plan Review by the Wilton Planning Board.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, December 13, 1991, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
