Notice

Robert Bragdon has requested a variance to section 7.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit subdivision of Lot F-31, 90 Intervale Road, resulting in the creation of a lot with only 177 feet of frontage on Rte 101A in the Commercial District..

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, February 12, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Robert Bragdon for a variance to the terms of Section 7.2.1 of the WUton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit subdivision of Lot F-31/ 90 Intervale Road, resulting in the creation of a lot with only 177 feet of frontage on Rte l01A in the Commercial District.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, March 13, 1992, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
