Notice

Marcel Trepanier has requested a variance to section 12.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the subdivision of Lot C-99, Gibbons Highway and Wilton Center Road, into three lots, one of them having less area than required in the Aquifer District.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Marcel Trepanier for a variance to the terms of section 12.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit the subdivision of Lot C-99 at the comer of Wilton Center Road and NH Route 101 into three lots, one of them having less area than required in the Aquifer District.

The proposed subdivision is also subject to Subdivision Review by the Mlton Planning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, July 10, 1992, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
