Notice

Linda LoDouceur has requested a special exception under section 5.3.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit expansion of her in-home preschool, “The Home School,” Lot J-26, Whiting Hill Road, from eight to twelve children.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Linda H. LaDouceur for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit Mrs. LaDouceur to expand her in-home preschool at Lot J-026 on Whiting Hill Road from eight children to twelve, ages 3½ to 6 years, operating between 8:30 and 11:30 am, Monday through Thursday.

The proposed expansion may also be subject to Site Plan Review by the Wilton Planning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, July 10, 1992, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
