Notice

Phoebe J. and Herbert T. Hodge, Jr. have requested a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of a garage (replacing an existing shed) 15 feet from the rear lot line on Lot K-10, Whiting Hill Road, in the General Residence and Agricultural District.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, May 12, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Herbert T. Hodge, Jr. and Phoebe J. Hodge for a variance to the terms of Section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit the construction of a garage 15 feet from a side lot line on Lot K-10, Whiting Hill Road, in the General Residence and Agricultural District, as indicated on the attached diagram.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 11, 1993, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
