The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will continue its public hearing on this application on Wednesday, November 10, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

You are hereby notified that the application of Anne M. Godley Moorhouse for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit construction of a driveway and a sewer line through a wetland area on Lot B-125, Isaac Frye Highway, as indicated on the plan submitted with the application.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, December 10, 1993, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
