Notice

David and Lisa Fait have requested a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow construction of a home less than 35 feet from the nearest lot line on Lot D-158-5, Rebeckah’s Way.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, November 10, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of David and Lisa Fait for a variance to the terms of Section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will allow construction of a home less than 35 feet from the nearest lot line on Lot D-158-5, Rebeckah's Way, as indicated on the plan submitted with the application.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, December 10, 1993, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
