Notice
Gertrude and Willis Lyford (owners) and Amy Louise Miller (applicant) have requested a special exception under section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow an office for the practice of psychotherapy as a home occupation at Lot H-72, Mason Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, November 10, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Amy Louise Miller (applicant) and Gertrude and Willis Lyford (owners) for a special exception under the terms of Section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will allow an office for the practice of psychotherapy as a home occupation at Lot H-72, Mason Road, as described in the application.
The special exception is granted subject to the condition that the actual conduct of the home occupation be limited to no more than forty hours per week.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, December 10, 1993, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
