Notice

Gisele and Harry Dailey have requested special exceptions under sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a home daycare business at Lot H-111, 667 Abbot Hill Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, April 13, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

Gisele and Harry Dailey have requested special exceptions under sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a home daycare business at Lot H-111, 667 Abbot Hill Road.

The special exception will allow a state-licensed home daycare, serving no more than six children, in the Dailey's home at Lot H-111-01, 657 Abbot Hill Road.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, May 13, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
