Notice

Carolanne and Ken Saegavakian have requested special exceptions under sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a preschool in their home at Lot H-34, Abbot Hill Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Ken and Carolanne Sargavakian for a special exception under the terms of Sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will allow a state-licensed preschool for up to 12 children, operating Tuesdays through Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:00 am in the Sargavakians’ home at Lot H-034, 505 Abbot Hill Road. It is granted subject to the restriction that no client parking be allowed on Abbot Hill Road, and that the Sargavakians notify all clients of this restriction in writing.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 10, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
