Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Marguerite and Robert Landry for a variance to the terms of Section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit an existing shed on the Landry's property at lot L-026, 31 East Intervale Road, to remain in its present location, which is nearer to the lot line than the fifteen feet required by the Zoning Ordinance.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 10, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
