Notice

Marc McCalmont has requested a special exception under section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the design, testing, and assembly of hifi loudspeakers as a home occupation at Lot A-13, 57 Styles Farm Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Marc McCalmont for a special exception under the terms of Section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will allow Mr. McCalmont to design, test, and assemble hifi loudspeakers as a home occupation in his home at Lot A-14, 57 Styles Farm Road. It is granted subject to the restriction that any client visits must be by appointment only, and that the business must remain strictly secondary and incidental to the residential use of the home.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 10, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
