Notice

Deborah L. and Marlon R. Greeley have requested special exceptions under sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a kindergarten/preschool in their home at Lot C-143, 126 Temple Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 8, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Deborah L. and Marlon R. Greeley for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will allow a state-licensed daycare, preschool, and kinder- garten for no more than eight children as a home occupation in the Greeley's home at Lot C-143, 126 Temple Road.

The proposed use is subject to non-residential site plan review by the Wilton Planning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, July 8, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
